Chief Relationship Management Officer
Charlie is the Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Froozer. From 2000 to 2013, Charlie was the General Manager of Robinson Dairy, a $95 million, 155 employee division of Dean Foods that packaged and marketed a diverse dairy product line, including Horizon and private label organic milk. Charlie currently serves on the Denver Health Hospital Foundation and Metro State University Foundation Boards of Directors.
Arnold P. Zweben serves as Founder for Froozer. Mr. Zweben is the Founder of Froozer and created the proprietary technology. He has led several successful venture-capital funded start-up initiatives and is widely respected as an innovator. He received his A.A.S. in Hotel and Restaurant Management from Paul Smith’s College of Arts and Sciences.

Bruce Beutler is a Founder and Board Member of Froozer. Mr. Beutler was instrumental in the design and manufacturing of Froozer’s manufacturing technology. He is the Owner of EE Controls and DC Sun Volt LLC. Mr. Beutler graduated from St. Thomas University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Marketing & Management. He is an avid golfer, skier, and scuba diver. He is married with two children and resides in Sherman CT.

Health & Wellness Council
A star cast of influential dietitians is heading up the Froozer® Health and Wellness Council and will be advising in new product development:
Director of Sports Nutrition with UCLA. Beth is responsible for planning, developing, implementing and managing all sports nutrition services provided to all Olympic sport student-athletes. Miller provides team nutrition education as well as medical and performance-based counseling to enhance the health and well-being of all athletes. Prior to UCLA, Miller worked within the Sports Nutrition department at Florida State University and the University of Tennessee. Miller received her Master’s in Exercise Science from Florida State and Bachelor’s in Dietetics at Tennessee Tech University, where she was a member of the Varsity Cross Country and Track teams.
Sports Nutritionist with US Speedskating. As a Registered Dietitian and Board Certified Sports Dietitian, Jessica views nutrition as an integral part of performance and enjoys empowering athletes with the skills to succeed. LaRoche graduated with a Master’s Degree in Nutrition from the University of Utah in 2010. She has previously worked as a nutrition educator at a major regional hospital and as a supermarket dietitian at a family-owned grocery store in Utah.
